WHAT IS COLD PROCESS SOAP?
Cold process soap is the traditional soapmaking technique. Oils are combined with lye (sodium hydroxide) to create the new compound, soap! After a month long curing process, the lye is fully saponified and your bar is ready for use.

To ensure we have as little impact on the environment as possible we use a 100% vegan and cruelty formula in all of our products.
There is never any plastic packaging used for our products or shipping materials.
We buy from suppliers in bulk to reduce the number of deliveries and amount of packaging required to source our materials.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We will accept returns within 28 days of purchase.
Given the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns on items that do not have their original packaging intact.
Cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
